But it's the second time that the box is a bit wrecked. The outside package should be more robust.
Delivery date respected, package was well protected and products prices were very good.
No problem at all, except that shipping to Canary Islands takes 3 weeks. But that is true for everything. The tracking of the package with Post NL did never work.
Fast communication per step, promised delivery time at moment of ordering has always been kept (3 or 4 orders until now). Nice to have a trustworthy Lego source at my disposal!
