Take command of your Power Functions with this remote control. Features a 2-channel remote control in combination with the 8884 and even has a 4-channel option when combined with twice the 8884. Used, amongst others, in LEGO sets 60051, 60052, 7938 and 7939. The orange jog wheels control the motor speed. Older LEGO train models can be converted to this system by using train motor 8866 and cable 8886. Naturally, the 8878 storage cell or 8881 battery pack is then required. KEEP IN MIND! This item requires 3 AAA batteries. These are not included in the deliveries!

Maak een weloverwogen keuze tussen 8879 en 8885. De draaiknoppen voor variabele snelheid hebben geen vaste begin- en eindstand (de richting draait wel om hoor), kan als lastig worden ervaren bij besturen van auto. Uitleg: als het signaal tijdelijk door een obstakel wordt onderbroken, blijf je de knop verder draaien tot een volgende puls weer wordt opgepikt door de ontvanger. Verbruikt dan ook alleen stroom tijdens het draaien van de knop. De snelheid is heel precies te regelen. Geeft realistisch rijgedrag. Ook erg geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld een hijskraan. Zelf gebruik ik hem voor het besturen van een rupsvoertuig.
