Easy to order and delivery was very prompt. Would have no problem ordering again from bricks hope.eu.
Service provided by brickshop is excellent. Due to no fault of their own the box was damaged despite it being protected/overboxed, more an issue for the delivery company. However, they offered to replace it, but that would have delayed the fun of building it. The follow up service was superb and they would have replaced it if anything was missing, thankfully there wasn't.
My order came late. It was estimated to arrive on the 20th of December but came in on 6th of January. All sets are in excellent condition but too bad I was not able to enjoy it on Christmas.
Thanks for the speed of reaction. The package arrived within three working days to may address in South of Germany. I ordered it on 2-nd X-mas in the evening. Three days later i received the controller for my Lego Landy 42110 set and I was able to continue building the Landy car.
Very fast next day delivery. Kept updated on parcels progress. Very impressed - this is how online shopping should be. well done!
