100% warranty on sets
BRICKshop assembles your order with the greatest possible care! However, in case we make a mistake, we will go to great lengths to live up to your expectations (again). Firstly, we offer 100% warranty on all our sets!
Incorrect or incomplete delivery
Whenever your order happens to be incomplete or does not contain the requested items, we urge you to contact us through mail ([email protected]) as soon as possible. Always mention your BRICKshop order number! Please check in advance wether the protective packaging used for transport has been removed from the original LEGO packaging.
Missing parts
LEGO sets have been assembled with great consideration. In case of missing parts, however, LEGO offers excellent warranty and service. Complaints can be filed on the official LEGO website. Please go to their Customer Service page and indicate which items are exactly missing. In the majority of cases, LEGO will make sure the missing item will be delivered to you free of costs!
Furthermore, LEGO experts are available from Monday until Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Please use the telephone number below.

Excellent delivery service. I was informed on the status of every step from shipment be readied to delivery. I really didn’t think we’d get it in 2-3 days because of Covid but they delivered.
The prices were really good and your online store even had an excellent selection of stock, including some that the Lego store didn't have (original green color base plates). Your website allows for stock notification by email, which means I do not need to keep checking the site to know when stock is back in :) I really also loved that the online store clearly states when the discounts are valid until, so I least I know whether it will still be available after pay day :) I like that you give the option to choose a similar product if in the odd occasion an item I purchase is actually out of stock. I really loved the fast delivery time and the fact that the items were well packaged! Free gifts could be a bit easier to find and add to the basket and to know what purchases qualify for a free gift. I will definitely order again from you again. I am a very happy customer ;)
The delivery process was really bad. communication from brickshop was very bad , if you answer a few questions they only answer the easy and basic questions and not the others, postalNL send me a message that the item was ready fro collection , but fail to provide what service they use in my country or where it was .... only this message ...your item is ready for pick up .... quite a surreal experience, never the less BRICKSHOP always tried to help and i receive the item quite fast . maybe is just postal service that is bad ...
