There seemed to be a delay taking payment, which meant it arrived a day after the initial suggested date. Even after the payment had been approved by our bank we were receiving reminder emails saying we needed to pay. This was unsettling and inconvenient, but the package did arrive safely the next day, and communication was regular and other than the above fairly good.

Great avaibility of all the lego sets, even those which are not available on the lego shop! Delivery in one day via postNL to Belgium! Really good tracing of our paquet! So many emails about it that we knew exactely what was going on with our packet:-) thank you for the small present inside the paquet. Just pity the lego catalogue wasnt available. I highly recommend to buy from Brickshop.
